What locations are available for hosting a dinner event?

How do I connect to the virtual program?

Go to www.BWBfromHome.com and register and login to One Cause.

What do I need to provide as a dinner host?

For catered dinners (Presenting, Colder Weather and Home Ice sponsor option), please arrange a place for your guests to sit and a table to sit at. All glasses, china, flatware and service-ware will be provided.

For prepared and cook at home meals, set your table using your own pieces.

When can I expect the delivery of our meal?

For catered dinners, (Presenting, Colder Weather and Home Ice sponsor option) caterers and wait staff will arrive at 4:00 pm.

For prepared and cook at home meals, delivery will take place between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm the day of the event.

Is there technical support for the virtual program?

Yes. Tech support will be available for assistance with setup prior to the event on Feb 12th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and the morning of the event from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Tech support will also be available during the event, starting at 5:00 pm on Feb 13th. Technical support is available by call or text: (617) 651-1692 or email: vesupport@portlighting.com.

What are the details of the pre-party? (Presenting, Colder Weather and Home Ice Sponsors)

An optional pre-party is available for Presenting, Colder Weather and Home Ice Sponsors.

Prior to the event, we will be sending you your breakout room number and passcode to access your pre-party.

As a part of the pre-party both you and your Corey’s Kid and family will receive an appetizer box to enjoy:

Imported and Domestic Cheeses
Assorted Cured Meats and Accompaniments

We will have a list of conversation starters and/or a moderator participating.

Any tips for making this a special evening?

Ensure that your screen is set up in a prominent location so that your dinner guests have a great view and can follow the program.
Bring up stories about Corey or Corey’s kids during your dinner discussions.
